Serenity and Wellness: Weekend Celebration at The Westin Ubud Bali

To celebrate Wellness Weekend, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud hosted a successful 3-day event titled “Journey to Wellness.” On September 20th, guests participated in a Yoga & Breathwork session at Wirya Terrace, in collaboration with The Yoga Barn. The following day, September 21st, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session was held in the ballroom. Finally, on September 22nd, healthy snacks were available for Heavenly Spa guests throughout the day.
